Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor (under 18 years), you must use this Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account & Registration Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password. Any activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. You must ensure your contact information (mobile/email) is always up to date. Sharing login credentials is a breach of these terms.

3. Platform for Transactions

The Platform is a marketplace facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers. CloudStore acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to the contract between Buyer and Seller. All commercial terms (price, warranty, shipping) are decided by the Seller. We do not support or endorse any specific product or service.

4. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree not to host, upload, or transmit any content that is:

  • Grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, or obscene.
  • Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Promoting illegal activities, spam, or software viruses.
  • Threatening the unity, integrity, or sovereignty of India.

5. Medical & Regulatory Disclaimers

Infant Food: Mother's milk is best for your baby. Infant substitutes should be used only under medical advice.

Drugs & Consultations: Information on this Platform is for general purposes and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Teleconsultation is provided by third-party professionals, and CloudStore bears no liability for their medical advice.

Tobacco Products: Purchase of tobacco is prohibited for those under 18 (21 in India. Delivery agents may verify age.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CloudStore will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with these Terms of Use.
